PP 500P is a medium flow, multipurpose grade for extrusion and injection mouding applications.
Application:If applied for extrusion this grade shows an excellent stretchability and is therefore particularly suitable for tapes and strapping, high tenacity yarns and carpet backing. For thermoforming it shows an unique balance between transparancy, impact resistance and thickness uniformity. For injection moulded articles it is mainly used for caps and closures and houseware products, where this grade shows a high stiffness, combined with a fair impact resistance and very good surface hardness.
