PBT, which belongs to the polyester series, is composed of 1.4-pbt butanediol (1.4-Butylene glycol) and terephthalic acid (PTA) or terephthalate (DMT) poly condensation, and the mixing procedure is milky white translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester resin through. Together with PET, collectively referred to as the thermoplastic polyester, or saturated polyester.
