The main characteristics of TPU:
Wide range of hardness: by changing the TPU of the reaction components, we can get different hardness of the product, and along with the increase of hardness, its product still maintain elasticity and excellent abrasion resistance.
High mechanical strength: TPU products carrying capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption performance highlights.
Cold prominent: TPU glass transition temperature is relatively low, at 35 degrees below zero and still keep the good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties.
Processing performance is good: the processing method of TPU can adopt a common thermoplastic material processing, such as injection molding, extrusion, calendering and so on. At the same time, the joint processing of TPU and some polymer materials can be complementary in property of polymer alloy.
