PBT 4130

PBT is the toughest one thermal plastic material, it is semi crystalline materials, chemical stability, mechanical strength, electrical insulating properties and excellent thermal stability. Good stability of these materials in a broad range of environmental conditions. PBT moisture absorption is very weak. Non enhanced tensile strength of PBT is 50MPa, PBT tension strength of glass additive type 170MPa. Glass additives will lead to excessive material embrittlement. PBT; crystallization is rapid, which will lead to bending deformation caused by uneven cooling. For glass additive type of material, flow direction shrinkage can be reduced, but with the flow perpendicular to the direction of the shrinkage rate basically no difference and common materials. General material shrinkage between 1.5%~2.8%. The material between the contraction of 0.3%~1.6% contains 30% glass additive. The melting point (225 ℃) and high temperature deformation temperature is lower than the PET material. VEKA softening temperature is about 170 ℃. Glass transition temperature (glass trasitio temperature) at 22 ℃ to 43 ℃. The crystallization rate of PBT is very high, so its viscosity is very low, cycle time plastic parts processing typically low.
